For several years, our agency Déclic Communication has been supporting Viessmann France’s digital communication. Our team provides a variety of expertise to help it achieve its objectives: informing customers, creating traffic and providing services to both the general public and installers.

Viessmann France called on our team to develop an online aid calculation simulator called ViPrimes.

First step for our graphic designers: the creation of the ViPrimes logo. A corporate logo based on the Viessmann graphic charter with a personal touch. We found the emblematic colours of Viessmann, red and grey, accompanied by a more rounded typography.

Our web specialists then took over to develop the entire online aid calculation system for the general public. This simulator allows users to calculate the amount of aid they can receive to change their heating system. A complete and precise calculator that takes into account the applicant’s project, current equipment and income. Once the possible tax benefits have been revealed, Viessmann heating solutions are proposed with deductions.

A version for professionals has also been developed. This allows them to quickly propose the appropriate aid to their customers.

Development of a website dedicated to the collection and consultation of customer opinions and testimonials

Our team was also asked to develop a website dedicated to the collection and consultation of customer opinions and testimonials. This online system is 100% responsive and customised according to Viessmann France’s needs. It allows customers to post and consult testimonials about the brand’s installers and products.

We created the functional specifications of the tool in real collaboration with the Viessmann team. This was followed by the graphical and technical development of the system, which is oriented towards ergonomics and user paths. An interactive map allows an intuitive and quick search for installers and gives access to their opinions and ratings. The customer can submit a contact request which is directly connected to the brand’s commercial management system. The system also has a search engine that allows the user to directly search for an installer or a type of equipment.

We have integrated a lead collection system and added a social network feed on each installer’s page.

E-mailings to keep in touch with your network of installers

Our team regularly develops tailor-made e-mailings for the Viessmann France network of installers. We are in charge of the graphic creation of the e-mailings as well as their dispatch. Our specialists monitor the results of each mailing and take into consideration the different effects in order to guarantee the optimal performance of the operations.

Videos to boost Viessmann France communication

For several years, our agency has also been producing videos for Viessmann France for their youtube channel and their social networks. Tutorials, interviews, teasers… We have produced many videos.

We always start with the elaboration of a scenario and a storyboard in order to have a clear and punchy video. Our teams then go on location for the shooting. Finally, our editors bring to life the images and computer graphics created by our graphic designers. Motion design has also become a key element in some Viessmann videos.
